Many Theologians categorize Messianic Prophecies into two main divisions: Prophecies of a Suffering Messiah and Prophecies of a Kingly Messiah. Irrespective of your personal perspective, the Messianic Prophesies and fulfillments of Jesus Christ is a nonesuch.
Besides the Lord Jesus Christ there is no other person in history, in any epoch, who has had such comprehensive prophesies of his life. Not only have these prophesies been made but most of them have already been fulfilled.
There are Messianic Prophecies for the name of Jesus, his gender, the place of his birth, time of his birth, born of a virgin, his flight into Egypt, him being the “seed of a woman”, his life, his ministry, his sufferings, his disciples, his death, his burial, his resurrection, his ascension and his Second Advent to name a few. There is no one else since creation who has had such detailed prophecies about him, like Jesus Christ.

Importance – Messianic Prophecies & Fulfillments
The Messianic Prophecies and their fulfillments validate Jesus Christ is the Almighty God. Many of these Messianic Prophecies were made more than two millennium ago. Only the Lord God knows time in its completeness, the past, the present and the future because He exists independently of time. God created time for the benefit of man. There will come a time when time will be no more, Revelation 10:6 .
All the Messianic Prophesies and their fulfillments validate Jesus is the Almighty God because who can know all the happenings across the spectrum of time but God. The Lord by His prophets made all the Messianic prophecies then and fulfil them in Christ (Himself) in the future.
All the Messianic Prophesies fulfilled in Christ demonstrate the power of God working across many, many centuries to bring them to pass with no regard to time. This display God is in control of everything evey time. The Messianic Prophesies are important therefore Believers pay attention to them.
